In case you hadn't noticed, its coming up very quickly for that time of year when people begin to start thinking about loved ones and preparing for the season ahead. I am not sure I need to give you too many clues to what I am referring to, but it begins with 'C' ... ! Have you guessed it yet? Oh go on then, I'II say it christmas is coming!

Are you panicked yet or have you got your stuff together and preparing early? I confess, I usually leave things to the last minute; yes I know way to go for managing stress levels (pulls guilty face), but this year I would like it to be different. How about you if your a last minute person?

When it comes to giving gifts, what I don't like about this time of year is how commercial its all gotten! We seem to have lost touch with the true meaning of this time of year, about being with loved ones, spending quality time with others and giving thanks for what we have and if you are going to give a gift to someone, a thoughtful and heart warming gesture is the perfect way to go!

I am all for supporting the little guys, those folks who put there heart and soul into their work not just because they are expressing their joy, but also because the joy their work gives to others. Yes I am talking about those who hand make things and being a handmade seller myself, it was only natural for me to compile a list of gorgeous handmade gifts that you can give the magical free spirited folks in your life!

Another favourite shop of mine, Adorn Wire Studio equals woven wire magic and exquisite artistry. Though her work is more aimed towards a more specific market, you can not deny the absolute beauty of her creations. Each piece is expertly made in her studio with pure love and devotion. No witch, celt or pagan should be without her perfectly hammered shawl pin full of sparkles and magic.

At Sullen Illustrator's it's fright night all year round or if your just more into the dark and gothic, her shop is for you! Her magick is in both her illustrations (pins, key rings and earrings) and also her ability to match up jewellery components to create a very specific look. Her work is a recent discovery for me and I am absolutely in love with ability to create quirky and cool gothic art! Her earrings will be on my christmas wish list this year! I think it may have been a little strange if I didn't add my own in right? ;) Wilde Magick offers gemstone jewellery with a boho witchy vibe and symbolism in it's heart. My speciality is gorgeous bead work because I have an obsession with beads and I am also expanding more into copper wire work.
