Monday Intentions - Grounding & Balance

Monday Intentions - Grounding & Balance

Today on Monday Intentions, we have a meditation. Last week I attempted to get back into work (you know the story! Sometimes being self employed takes time and we need something else to tide us over whilst we work to make our dreams and passions our reality). Having not been able to work properly since 2009 due to chronic health issues and why I felt that going self employed would be better for me, it was a big step to go back into this kind of environment. The first day was a struggle, I was very stressed at points and felt sore and unwell during others, but I told myself  'I lived'.

I tried to go through the rest of my week as I would normally; fulfilling orders from my etsy shop and still going to the gym to attend to my self care. Friday I completely crashed and even today,  Monday, I am still feeling like I have been run over by a bus, though not quite as bad as the start of the weekend!

Even before I started the job, I had a very strong dream that I needed to take care of myself and I think this week has been a real lesson, or re lesson for me of how important it is for me to listen to my own feelings and bodies queues  that when it's enough, it is Enough!

Our bodies are not use the 'case' we live in whilst we walk our earthly paths, they are the home and temple of our soul. Our bodies are incredibly intelligent and are constantly listening to the messages we send it and will respond accordingly. They will also tell us when something is off balance and needs a course correction!

This is why I felt it very appropriate today that I shared a meditation on grounding and balance for monday intentions. This isn't just for me, but also for all those who are being affected by some of the events that have been happening in our world over the last few weeks. We are evolving, growing and shifting in consciousness and if you are a fairly sensitive person as I am, some of you may be feeling very overwhelmed in general and need some rooting to find your centre in the storm.

The following meditation is about 10 minutes long and very enlightening, so I have set my intention this week to listen to this before I go to bed and first thing when I wake up.

What are your intentions this week to find your centre again and bring more balance to your day?

Lots of Love

Zandra
